Great stay overall
The property manager Jhen, Patricia and her staff always friendly and accommodating with our needs and concerns. This is our second time renting her place. The property is very central to the city of Cebu and is easy to get to many of the malls and entertainment places the city has to offer. The gym is very nice with many Nautilus and free weights. The pools (One indoor / Outdoor) are very nice. There is a Robinsons store within 2-3mins walking distance which makes getting groceries and supplies a breeze. Getting a taxi was never an issue except during rush hour. The staff is very proficient and do a great job when you want a cleaning day for the whole loft.
The cable to the guest room and master bedroom up stairs for the televisions aren't working

I enjoyed my recent stay at this penthouse suite.
I enjoyed my recent stay at this penthouse suite. Location is centrally located to Cebu central city area. Market, pharmacy and retail stores are within 3 mins walking distance of the residence. Starbucks coffee shop is just outside the lobby entrance. I liked that taxi cabs are readily available just outside the lobby entrance. Traffic however can get very busy there near the traffic circle during commuter hours. 3pm-7pm Other local malls such as E-mall and Ayala by taxi are within 10mins drive. You also have the Crown Regency towers each with restaurants and lots of entertainment for both kids and adults to keep you busy along with the pool that is free and gym which cost about 600 pesos or alittle over $ 10 dollars American for daily use per person to use. The view from the penthouse balcony has a great panoramic view of the mountain and ocean day or night and is a great place to have drinks or meals. The penthouse is very spacious and the owners Jhen and her staff greeted us and were great to attend to our every needs or questions during our stay. Jhen was easy to contact if we had any concerns during our stay. This was my first stay in a condo and usually stay at a 4 star hotel but for about the same price you have a larger rooms, nice large beds, two CR or bathrooms both with showers located up and down stairs and a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Privacy is nice and not much sound is noticed from neighbors or in the hallways. You can enjoy having guests over for drinks, meals or just watch tv. No self service laundry is available but, they do have a laundry service available downstairs just downstair to the left of the lobby. I like to wash my own laundry because I'm particular about my clothes and sometimes the harsh detergent, chemicals, water or just the way some people wash linen can ruin, fade your clothes if you know what i mean. Trash removal, drinking water bottles and cleaning room service is available upon request and is reasonably priced
No big deal here but just noting; TV in guest room has no available cable to it and doesn't work. A leaky kitchen faucet.

terrible
there were two bedrooms and one bathroom and shower.
there were a kitchen, but since it didn't work, our eggs couldn't be cooked. There were so many ants all over all the rooms, even in a fridge! They bit us a lot, and my kids couldn't stay safe and dislike the hotel. We couldn't have any information about the rounge access, so we never used it!

Spacious apartment with a large balcony.
Spacious apartment with a large balcony. Great view of Cebu. The beds were very comfortable, three tvs to choose from. Downstairs had cable which was great for kids as Cartoon Network etc was available for those times you stay in. Staff were very accommodating, Patricia (point of contact person) was helpful and easy to contact. 3 minute walk from supermarket, lots of fast food restaurants around. A convenient store on ground floor and 7/11 just 3 stores down. Kitchen is workable, large fridge/freezer. There is a laundry service on ground floor which is handy. We really enjoyed staying here.
Plugs with exposed wires need attention. Carpet is covered with old stains and plumbing needs work. Upstairs sink constantly blocked up, toilet downstairs constantly blocked. There were plungers in the bathrooms so I’m thinking it may be just a common thing? Kitchen needs appliances to be updated- coffee maker not working, one bread and butter plate, four dinner plates and the kettle had a layer of white slime at the bottom that we couldn’t seem to clean out. Calcium from water maybe? Shower is squeezed next to the bath (which takes a very long time to fill) - makes for an awkward shower.
